The Charmantine gives you a worthy welcome of a familial home for 6 at 8 persons.
Perfectly located in front of a church of the 12th century of the Sainte-Colombe’s village, in the middle of the vineyard, this elegant girondine, is near of 8 kilometers of the famous village of
St Emilion (whose the entire wine landscape is classed at the World Heritage of UNESCO).
This girondine in rock will give you a peaceful and authentic stay, during a week-end or holidays. It reins a harmonious atmosphere by the colors choice which is using the grey’s entire palette. The warm full and the taking care over decoration is the fruit of the bargain hunter who gathered together element of bric-à-brac trade to bring them to a rebirth, to a new lease of life through the sheen and gilt.
It is a charming place of strong nature which will seduce you by its renovation of quality giving to the house its soul of yesterday. The ancient elements are well preserved: the floor in Gironde’s tiles, wall in natural lime, visible beam, ancient chimney, rock sink…
Services of the Charmantine
The house
The Charmantine is a girondine of the 19th century, which is welcoming down from its flight of steps. Entirely and recently renovated, this house of master offers 250m² of living space, for 6 to 8 persons, on two floors. It is a haven of peace which is giving you the time to recharge your batteries, and enjoy happy moment with your family, or friends.
The swimming-pool
You can found a private and warm swimming pool, of a size of 4 x 8m (water heated until 28°C) and of a rectangular form. It is provided with a light system, the access is by a stairs. There is a security curtain for children.
The paved courtyard
It is a closed courtyard with a gate, which can welcome two cars.
The Charmantine’s equipments
We supply bed linen, the household linen and towel.
Our house is supplied for children with a cot, and a baby chair.
At your disposition: a vacuum cleaner, a flatiron, an ironing board, a refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine, a washer dryer, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a pressure cooker, complete pots and pans, a food processor.
And for your comfort, the house has a floor heating, low temperature alimented by a heat pump.
You have an access to WI-FI, and lecture to recharge batteries, and board game. To discover the surrounding area, four bikes are waiting for you.
